The Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industry has faced significant disruptions in recent years, from the COVID-19 pandemic to ongoing geopolitical uncertainties. These challenges have reshaped career pathways, disrupted talent pipelines, and contributed to a growing gap between industry requirements and the availability of skilled, job-ready professionals.
Today, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), hotels, tour operators and other industry players face increasing challenges in recruiting and retaining trained manpower. Despite the availability of job opportunities, many employers struggle to find candidates equipped with the right industry knowledge, practical skills and professional competencies. At any given point, Gujarat alone is short of 2000+ advertised vacancies.
From a Vision
As the travel, tourism and hospitality industry evolves, we identified a growing gap between the demand for trained professionals and the availability.
The solution was to focus on developing the talent itself - creating opportunities for aspiring professionals to prepare for the industry, for working professionals to strengthen their expertise, and for organizations to build a more capable workforce.
To fulfill this gap, Mr. Atul Gupta envisioned a skill development platform dedicated to prepare people for the changing world of work. A platform where individuals could learn, gain practical exposure and prepare themselves for new professional opportunities.

Backed by the strong credibility in the region, Shree Sati Group launched its academic arm – My Value Academy in Oct’ 2026. A hybrid learning platform offering affordable online and in-person classes for students, working professionals and organizations. Focusing on practical, relevant learning that helps individuals apply what they learn in the workplace while helping organizations address changing business requirements.
The courses will cover professional skills, and upskilling, industry-relevant certifications, emerging technologies and AI tools, soft skills and professional development, corporate training, and travel, tourism and hospitality. It also offers Internships and placement assistance to students on successful completion of courses.
